Clinical Neuro-Muscular Therapy
Clinical Neuro-Muscular Therapy is a detailed targeted form of massage therapy. One of the primary focuses is to restore balance throughout the musculo-skeletal system. It also differs to massage therapy, in that the muscles massaged can get very specific – like the muscles of the eyes, including the muscles that change the shape of the lens, deep into the neck and the muscles inside the mouth for the TMJ (jaw joint).
Clinical Neuro-Muscular Therapy is beneficial for:
· TMJ (jaw) problems
· Musculo-Skeletal pain & dysfunction
· Eye & vision problems
· Postural dysfunctions
Peter also incorporates clinical neuro-muscular therapy with cranio-sacral therapy, allowing any restricted muscles attaching to the skull, to be released, allowing for freer cranial bone movement.
