Kettlebell Workshops
A kettlebell is a fitness tool derived from Russia over 300 years ago. The unique design of the kettlebell results in a varied, exciting and holistic work-out that incorporates cardio and strength simultaneously.
These workshops are designed to cater for the fitness enthusiast who wants to learn more about kettlebell training and in particular focusing on the safety and technical aspects of kettlebell training.
Workshops are suitable for everyone, from complete novice to fitness professionals.
