This salad dressing, rich with immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory herbs like turmeric and ginger, will aid in reducing inflammation whilst strengthening your immune system and add a zip to salads.
Fresh herbs are best for this one but dried will work too.
Note: Except for the peppers, amounts of individual herbs aren’t that important; just fill the jar with what you have on hand.
Method:
Pack a clean glass jar full of:
Pour olive oil over herbs to cover. Cap tightly; let sit for 2 weeks in a cool
dark place.
Use as you would any salad oil.
