Training for a Trim, Tanned body this Summer

Most of us desire a taught body for the summer months at the beach. If you're like some people who’ve left it until now to get into shape, here are some tips to get a better looking body in a short period of time.

  1. Become posturally aware. By simply becoming more conscious of holding yourself in better posture, in most cases you’ll appear to have both lost weight and shaped up – by doing ‘nothing’. A person with stooped posture vs. good posture automatically looks better & more appealing.
  2. Training with purpose. By being more aware of your posture when training, you’ll help reinforce & strengthen your conscious efforts outside the gym – strengthening your body in a better position.
  3. Eating consciously. By eating without watching TV or doing work, it will bring you more present to when your naturally satisfied – as watching TV & working will cause most people to over eat.

By following these simple tips, you’ll also help to build a good foundation to continue working towards a better looking you for the following summer – Your best is always under construction!
