About Levity Health

Levity Health is located in Bondi Junction and opened its doors in 2006 with the purpose of truly integrating practitioners from traditional and alternative health care.

The idea of Levity was actually born in unusual circumstances. Dr. Richard Moore was lecturing in Osteopathy at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and was interested in improving his own health and fitness.  This lead him to begin a physical strength and conditioning program with Peter Lacoste at a nearby fitness facility.

Over the course of their work together, the sharing of ideas and the mutual respect built between them, the idea of Levity was born and they relocated to Sydney with the intention of opening a centre somewhere in the Bondi area.

Since opening Levity, they have attracted practitioners from all walks of life and have provided a platform for the birth of a new paradigm in healthcare. 

For example, many of our clients benefit from the fact that their Personal Trainer, Naturopath, Medical Doctor and Massage Therapist all work at the same location, in the same centre and share knowledge and expertise to get them the best results possible.

It's an amazing place for staff and clients alike and the centre is growing and evolving constantly as we aim to provide the best service possible.
