The workshop is run over three Wednesday's and it's important to attend all three to get the most from the workshop.

Tantra Down Under - #2!

After the success of Tantra Down Under last November, The LifePod are very excited to be bringing Charu of Embody Tantra (L.A.) back to Levity Health this March.

In this second series we are offering two options:

1. Evening of Awakening:

This evening is informed by an ancient Tantra Puja Ritual. This ritual is a prayer. In Tantra, our prayer is recognizing the divine in every human being, our temple is the body. In a Puja ritual each man will have the opportunity to partner with each woman for a simple exercise or meditation. The Tantric meditations use breath, movement, sound, and guided meditation to enrich each meeting throughout the ceremony. Attending Couples may choose to work solely with each other.

2. Girls Just Wanna Have Fun - Tantra for Women Only Levels 1 & 2:

We are so excited that Charu is going to be offering the 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' workshop that she offered last time and she has decided to offer a second level workshop as well.

Charu strongly encourages you to join in both days as Day 1 / Level 1 will serve as a cleansing and awakening for your body in preparation for the more advanced and in-depth processes of the Day 2 / Level 2.

This workshop takes us into a more in depth understanding of our bodies. With a full day of immersion we have the opportunity to experiment and play using active meditations, breath, and movement. As our relationships with ourselves and our fellow travelers deepen, we discover that we are not alone, moving beyond competition with other women and discovering how to best support one another.

And we are also committed to creating a community of people who are interested in realness, truth and awakening divinity on the planet.
